Let me tell you a little bit about Myself and Beautiful South Carolina;

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I started practicing, in 2001, in a town called Sarasota, Florida were I grew up as a kid. I owned a Real Estate company with a business partner until 2012. We worked with buyers and sellers, plus Investors. Within those 11 years, the company had well over 600+ transactions.

Around 2011 (Real Estate was in a slump), I started another business. A swimming pool company named Splish Splash Pools. As it grew, I hired multiple pool techs. Also I brought in a partner to help manage the company affairs so as I can still stay active in Real Estate.

With in this time, My adoptive family moved from Sarasota, Fl to the Pawleys Island. So, I started making MANY trips to the area, especially to see my brother Joey (South Carolina General Contractor).

With my family being in SC , and personally liking it so much. I decided to make a change. So in 2020,  I was able to purchase a single family home. I moved here with my wife, Yuki and a few Cats. ( I love my pets! That is another story with my wife : )

Why am I practicing Real Estate?

Myrtle Beach has a nice down to earth, country feel, with that wonderful charm, plus the Folks here are very friendly and selfless. It reminds me of FL with its palm trees, beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants. One good thing, for now, No bad traffic compared to FL.

The weather is moderate and it is nice to experience all the seasons. Plus, SC has beautiful beaches and mountains that are an easy weekend drive.

I like to share my expertise, it is what I enjoy! Meet great people and use my many years of Real Estate skills to assist. I have personally purchased multiple properties in the area over the years, I have a good grasp on what each community has to offer.

I have a few ADVANTAGES,

I work with an Awesome Team as well. We are constantly bouncing tips and our own experiences off each other. Also, I have access to low financing , military programs, & certain incentives since List Today is tied to a special vendor network.

My brother, Joey, is a General Contractor. Over the years I have been able to physically meet tradesman and vendors out in the field. This means I understand and can guide you with repairs so your house is ready for the market to receive the best dollar. We can even renovate your home if you like from top to bottom. I have the network.
